August 2009: Todd has announced his plan to depart from the band due to personal reasons. Todd says: "It was a tough decision for me to make but I've realised it's for the best. We're all still really good mates, and I'll be sad to stop playing with such a talented bunch of musicians. I will be honouring all gigs booked until the end of this year, but after that I'm retiring from the local pub band scene. Of course I'll still go to watch them play, and I'll do everything I can to help them find a replacement guitarist."

May 2009: The Ipswich Railway is back in business and under new management (Phil & Michelle, formerly of the Milestone, Ipswich)! We'd like to congratulate Phil & Michelle on aquiring the venue, and we look forward to playing there once again!

March 2009: Bass player Darren has opened his new shop 'The Guitar Mechant', alongside his existing shop 'The Bass Merchant' in Colchester. Go check out his wares and spend lots of money with him!!

May 2008: Another new recruit! Guitarist Nas Gray will be playing his first gig with us as a fully fledged DT member on 10th May 2008 at a private party, and then at the Leiston Con Club on 17th May. The band would like to thank former guitarist Richard Wright for his dedication to the band, his friendship, and for being such a great source of entertainment! We look forward to seeing Richard in another project soon...

May 2007: Richard is ready to start playing again! His Tinnitus isn't really much better, but he's accepted it and is dealing with it, he's taken out a second mortgage to buy some professional musicians earplugs (we still don't know who the professional musician is...), and he'll be with us at the Edward VII, Norwich on May 18th.

April 2007: Nas has learned the set very quickly (within about 2 weeks!) and we'll be resuming our gig schedule on 14th April at the John Bull, Ipswich. Cheers Nas!

March 23rd 2007: Due to Richard developing Tinnitus, we've unfortunately had to canel a couple of gigs. Richard won't be leaving us, but to give his ears a rest from gigging we've got a very talented young 'Nas' to stand in for him until he's ready to come back. We'll be gigging again once Nas has learned the set.

March 2007: Video clips of us live (although with distorted sound) are now on our 'Videos' page! These clips were taken on mobile phone cameras and uploaded to 'youtube', so don't expect anything even remotely 'produced and professional'. Enjoy!

February 2007: Our new recruit, bassist Darren Mackay will be playing his first gig with us on 3rd March 2007 at the Pied Cow, Sudbury. Please do come along and give him your support. The band would like to thank former bassist Brett Allum for being part of Dirty Trix, for his friendship, and for all the laughs! Brett's last gig with us was at the Trowel & Hammer, Cotton (17th Feb 07) - and a great night it was! Keep in touch dude!
